    My path of yoga was accompanied by teachers who led me to perceive and practice breathing and physical exercises, which are the basis for the inner and deeper aspects of yoga, just inwards and in depth. This inspires people at the lessons and seminars I lead. For several years I practiced Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga intensively, in which I was led mainly by Vijaya Kumar, and I learned and practiced a series of exercises from Matthew Sweeney. From the beginning, I focused on the physical aspects of yoga exercises, and gradually my practice evolved towards finer and deeper aspects.. At the moment, I am mainly engaged in pranay and meditation, and I discover their subtle power and influence.
