Michala Klačmanová - soundhealing @ gongbath
SOUNDHEALING & GONGBATH s Mishkou
Soundhealing is a unique sound therapy that brings deep relaxation to our body and helps in the treatment of mental and physical health problems. The healing vibrations that propagate into our body can heal cells down to the smallest structure. Harmonization tools are tuned to the frequency of the planets and are in harmony with all medicinal substances found in nature or the universe. You will immerse yourself in the sounds of singing Tibetan bowls, planetary gongs, Mars gong, Jupiter gong, rain poles, drums, thunder-drum, koshi-chimes, kalimba, kigons, etc. and your body, heart and soul will experience the true caress. What can you expect in the first lesson and what to prepare for? As usual during treatment, you can experience very pleasant feelings, states of deep relaxation and excitation, but on the other side you can feel uncomfortable feelings accompanied by unpleasant emotions (loss, regret, apathy) that are released from the body. It is a sign that harmonization is spreading in the body and the cells are getting to the right place. "Old pain", chest tightness, cough, suffocation, limb pain, headache, etc. may be felt. Your body will be safe and relaxed, but at the same time, just lying down and absorbing the frequency will be getting a high level treatment. For visible, tangible results, repeated soundhealing sessions are required. But even after the first therapy, you can feel the ongoing harmonization of your body at a higher level. After a class/session you need to drink plenty of fluids. You will fall in love with soundhealing from the first session and you will want to come back again. The Main Tent

Beáta Liptáková MBA: Lecture on "Taste the world through yourself"
www.beataliptakova.skBeata is a mother, a lover of life and a researcher about things between heaven and earth, a management psychologist, a holder of The Science Of Well-Being certificate from Yale University, a teacher of the ancient Qi Gong meditation exercise, a guide to life changes, an inspirer and a lecturer on the topics of self-knowledge, parenthood and work well-being.
The aim of her lecture is to simply, playfully and inspiringly share experiences about how to understand yourself and love life with everything it brings. She discovered the tool for obtaining these gifts of consciousness in silence and solitude in meditation. That's when she understood what it means to be nothing and everything, to be everywhere and nowhere, she felt the perfection of the connection with the energy that is everywhere ... and miracles began to happen. She doesn't keep it to herself. She passes it on to you, because the amazing feedback from you fills her life with happiness. Vladimír Václavek - Concert
FacebookVladimír Václavek is a fixed star not only of the Czech and Moravian music scene. His name is known on the world music scene. Most of you probably know him from his work in the now legendary Brno band DUNAJ, E, RALE or from Biele's inferno with Iva Bittová.
Unhurriedness, relaxation and a certain earthiness combined with pathos are typical for his music. He originally played the bass guitar and gradually switched to the guitar, which he plays in a distinctly bass style. He uses various electronic boxes, with which he can sometimes really compact his lines. In his style, we probably hear the most frequent inspiration from the typically African guitar playing that entered Europe from Mali. Not that the Moravian bard studied with Africans. He kind of absorbed their style casually by listening to recordings. Václavek supports the pathos and earthiness of his work by choosing texts set to music. He prefers the poetics of Bohuslav Reynek and the rural environment of Federico Garc and Lorca. He regularly includes poems by Antonín Pridal and his own texts.

Jupiti - Power joga a pilates
www.jupiti.skStudio Jupiti prepared two lessons. Power Yoga with Adam Strak and Pilates with Marika Trúchla.
Adam Straka @yoga_damm is a yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga since high school. He taught yoga in Bratislava, Nové Mesto nad Váhom and currently works in Trenčín in the Jupiti studio, where he teaches power yoga and hot yoga lessons. Power yoga was created on the basis of hatha yoga and ashtanga yoga. It is a dynamic practice of yoga positions with the aim of consciously developing your strength. Power yoga is based on conscious breathing and concentration, while individual positions are performed with respect for your body. Exercise is suitable for everyone who likes movement, wants to build strength, fitness, endurance and flexibility.
Pilates is a technical exercise developed in the early 20s originally for the purpose of rehabilitation. Today it is defined as an exercise to balance muscle imbalances. Although it focuses on strengthening the center of the body and the deep stabilization system, it strengthens and stretches all muscle groups and therefore the whole body. During the exercise, we focus on correct and smooth breathing and on the accuracy and smoothness of movements. It is intended for all age categories, both women and men. It helps to maintain or improve your condition, is suitable as a compensatory exercise for other sports and is often recommended by doctors as a prevention for back pain.
You can practice Pilates for half an hour with instructor Marika Trúchla @cas_na_pilates. She conducts his Pilates lessons in the Jupiti boutique studio in Trenčín, where you can find the popular Pilates reformer, which is practiced on special Pilates machines, as well as classic Pilates on the mat under the guidance of several qualified instructors. The Main Tent

Andrej Žuffa - meditation Sed Buddhu
www.sedbuddhu.skIntroduction to Sitting Buddha (Japanese zazen). The essence of Zen is sitting Buddha, i.e. sitting in the lotus position without an object. There is nothing to meditate on. We sit in silence, facing the wall, the attention is focused on the inside. We do not seek enlightenment, because sitting Buddha himself is enlightenment. It is an experience behind subjective and objective worlds, behind discerning thinking. In the sitting Buddha there is no difference between a man and a woman, between the wise and the foolish, between the rich and the poor. It can be done by believers and non-believers, vegetarians and those who eat meat, single and married. Zen is free. It is led by Andrej Žuffa (Zen monk Ju Hô), a close disciple of Zen master Sando Kaisen.

www.janomajercik.skI have long understood that I am neither 'The Light' (Svetlo in Slovak) nor its source.
Svetlan & Matúš - To be born again Jano Svetlan Majerčík - Let's go
But 'The Light', the truth, and the knowledge are here, and in many dark places they will shine,
when I bounce them there.
I speak the simplicity of a live song and then I feel like a fragment of a mirror.
I don't know its shape and composition, but I feel that's it.
I reflect The Light to dark places in human hearts with songs,
and maybe I'll change something in some people.
Such is the meaning and essence of my long journey, the journey of a songwriter.
I respectfully and humbly ask for it.
The concert of Svetlan and Matúš is more than music. It is a meditation of words transformed into tones and melodies, into which it draws us in and they no longer let us go. Let us be converted by this magical music. The Main Tent

Peter Baláž: Introduction to meditation (how to do it quickly and easily)
www.espero.skWith this lecture-workshop, the author would like to help those who are interested in meditation, but do not yet have much experience with it (or are not successful with it). What exactly is meditation? (and what is not) What does it achieve? Why should everyone really learn to meditate? What is the appropriate position and why? When and how long to exercise? What is going on in the mind and how to calm it down? We will also talk about these things, and in the second part everyone can practically try to observe their own mind and consciousness by themselves. According to the motto: "Do you want to change the world? Change yourself - meditate!"
Peter Baláž came to meditation through martial arts - and subsequently left the fight and started meditating :). He became a "peace-loving warrior".
Since high school, he has been interested in researching the development of human consciousness - and practicing it on himself. He is not a follower of any school, any teaching - but he was most influenced by three people: Marian Repka, Jiddu Krishnamurti and Buddha. Marian, as a Slovak author, was able to clearly describe the basic rules of meditation, Krishnamurti explained the need for an "inner revolution" all his life - which can only be achieved through meditation, and Buddha, as the last person to date, completed the evolution of man and "returned home" :). Of course, the closest to Peter's teaching is the original one, the so-called Theravada Buddhism - which preserves the Buddha's teachings in their purest form.Podium

www.shaktiyoga.czBreathing in and breathing out are inseparable partners. At the level of the body, we know that we cannot breathe all the time, but in life we often strive for constant growth. Yin yoga balances today's dynamic life, creates a space in which we can take a deep breath. Relax and slowly fall into position. Release, purge, put away. This is also necessary so that the complementary touch can use its full potential.
In the moments of stopping, it is as if we are getting closer to our essence and getting to know the quality of deep-seated peace. We put aside the idea of ourselves as a being in time and have the opportunity to perceive (ourselves as) the present moment. The Main Tent
